Generate chapters with AI
Starts AI chapter generation for a video from its transcript and returns immediately with an operation handle. Consumes credits per minute of video: the amount charged is returned. Generation runs asynchronously: poll the generation status, then list the chapters. Generated chapters are editable like any other chapter. Requires a ready transcript and sufficient credit balance.

Pass the raw API key as a Bearer token (Authorization: Bearer <key>). Publishable keys start with mvi_pub_ (playback-scoped). Other prefixes denote private/admin keys for general REST routes. GET /v1/embeds/{embedId}/playback accepts publishable keys only.
